Riders have the flexibility to schedule rides in advance, allowing for on-demand or fixed schedule services. Payment options include insurance, vouchers, donations, and credit card payments, ensuring accessibility for all participants.
Additionally, Volunteer Transportation supports riders with packages or bags and permits service animals on board. With a focus on meeting the transportation needs of older adults, this program prioritizes safety, affordability, and accessibility.
