Create AccountPlease make sure to contact CDM Caregiving Services: Senior Support to confirm details of their transportation services.
The Senior Support program offers non-emergency medical transportation services for older adults through taxis, public transit, and private car rides. Riders can schedule transportation at least a day in advance, paying with insurance, vouchers, donations, or Medicaid. Membership and flat fees may apply, and pre-payment options include credit card, cash, or check. Additionally, the program provides paratransit services, allowing older adults to plan rides a few days in advance or opt for on-demand scheduling.
To ensure a seamless experience, the program assists riders with their packages or bags, offers door-to-door and curb-to-curb transportation, and allows service animals on board. There is a possibility for shared rides or individual rides, following fixed routes and charging by the mile. For added convenience, a driver can wait for passengers while they attend appointments or run errands. Whether older adults require transportation for medical appointments, social outings, or other essential trips, the Senior Support program aims to meet their diverse needs with dependable and flexible services.
