The VA Shuttle Services program offers donation-based shared rides for older adults in the community. This transportation service is completely free of charge, although donations are encouraged to help sustain the program. Participants can enjoy curb-to-curb transportation services via vans that follow fixed routes on a regular schedule.
Riders can schedule their trips in advance, taking advantage of the convenient fixed schedule that the program offers. Additionally, the VA Shuttle Services program welcomes service animals to accompany older adults during their travels, ensuring a comfortable and inclusive experience for all participants.
Service Area
The shuttle travels between the VA Seattle Division (south entrance near Fisher House) and the VA American Lake Division (bus stop in front of Bldg 81, across from Bldg 8).
