Payment for Dial-a-Ride/Paratransit services can be made in the form of cash or check, providing flexibility for older adults with varying payment preferences. With curb-to-curb service, each rider can expect personalized assistance from trained staff when boarding and alighting the vehicle, prioritizing safety and comfort throughout the journey.

3/4 mile past fixed routes. Transportation to more distance locations can be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Weekend service is provided in Burlington, Mount Vernon and Sedro-Woolley on both days, with limited service in Anacortes on Saturday
