Provides rides for any purpose, as long as you meet one of the following criteria: you are 60+ years old, or you have a disability.

The Elderly and Disabled Services program offers non-emergency medical transportation for older adults with options to use taxis, private cars, buses, and trains. This program provides flexibility by allowing riders to schedule rides in advance, either on-demand or following fixed routes. Riders can use insurance, vouchers, donations, or pay a membership, flat fee, or by the mile. Payment options include Medicaid, pre-payment, credit card, check, or cash, ensuring accessibility for a variety of older adults. Additionally, the program offers door-to-door or curb-to-curb transportation, where riders can have assistance with packages or bags, travel with service animals, and even have a driver wait for them during errands or appointments for a seamless experience. Best of all, the program aims to provide these essential transportation services free of charge, with donations encouraged for those who are able to contribute.
