Veterans’ Health Care Aid Grant
This program gives you money to pay for medical costs related to dental health, vision care and hearing loss if you're a veteran with an honorable discharge living on limited income. There are limits to how much money you can get. Once you reach two years in a row of getting aid, you can get no more than $4,000 for dental care, $400 for vision care or $1,875 for hearing aids.
How do I apply?
To apply for this program, please print and fill out the application form and mail it to your local County or Tribal Veterans Service Office. If you have questions, please contact your local office.
