Riders can book private rides via taxi or car, or opt for shared rides on buses or trains. The program offers flexibility with on-demand scheduling and provides door-to-door or curb-to-curb transportation services. For added convenience, Transportation Services allows riders to schedule trips in advance, with options ranging from next-day to one-week notice. Riders can also enjoy assistance with packages or bags, as well as the option to have a driver wait during errands or appointments. Whether it's a fixed route service or a paratransit arrangement, this program strives to accommodate diverse transportation needs for older adults in the community.
