Transportation Services is a convenient program offering reliable transportation options for older adults residing in Giles County as well as various counties in West Virginia. Riders can avail themselves of bus or train services within Giles County for just $5 per round trip, and for $10 per round trip in Bland, Craig, Pulaski, Montgomery, or Monroe County, West Virginia. For other destinations, the program charges a reasonable rate of $0.25 per mile.
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, riders are required to schedule their trips in advance, giving them the flexibility to plan their journeys accordingly. Payments can be made via check or cash, providing riders with multiple options for their convenience. The program also offers shared rides to optimize efficiency and reduce costs for participants.
