Provides rides for any purpose, to all people, and no membership is required.

The Public Transportation program offers convenient and reliable transportation options for older adults. This non-emergency medical transportation service provides rides via taxis, ensuring older adults can reach their medical appointments and other essential destinations safely. Riders can schedule their rides at least one day in advance, allowing for proper planning and coordination. Accepted payment methods include insurance, vouchers, coupons, and donations, with various pricing options available. Paratransit services are offered, assisting riders with packages or bags as needed. Transportation is provided via cars, buses, and trains, following fixed routes for a seamless journey. The program's flexibility allows for on-demand scheduling and shared rides, catering to the diverse needs of older adults. Door-to-door and curb-to-curb transportation services are provided, ensuring a comfortable and convenient travel experience. Additionally, service animals are welcome on board, and drivers are accommodating, offering wait times for passengers running errands or attending appointments.


Service Area

For residents of Bowie, Cass, Delta, Franklin, Hopkins, Lamar, Morris, Red River and Titus counties from their homes or other designated pick up points to meet transportation needs. This rural transportation network does not provide intercity transportation within Nash, Texarkana, or Wake Village.
