Region SDA 2 includes Austin, Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Galveston, Hardin, Harris, Jasper, Jefferson, Liberty, Matagorda, Montgomery, Newton, Orange, Polk, San Jacinto, Tyler, Walker, Waller and Wharton Counties. Region 5 includes Anderson, Angelina, Bowie, Cass, Cherokee, Delta, Franklin, Gregg, Harrison, Hopkins, Houston, Lamar, Marion, Morris, Nacogdoches, Panola, Rains, Red River, Rusk, Sabine, San Augustine, Shelby, Smith, Titus, Trinity, Upshur, Van Zandt, and Wood Counties. Region 9 includes Calhoun, Colorado, De Witt, Goliad, Gonzales, Lavaca, Jackson, and Victoria Counties.
