In-Home Care accepts various payment methods, including insurance, vouchers, coupons, and donations. Riders can also opt to pay through Medicaid, pre-payment, credit card, check, or cash. The program offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing for on-demand rides or advanced bookings. Additionally, it provides shared rides and private transportation via cars or vans, following fixed routes or tailored to individual needs.
For added convenience, In-Home Care facilitates door-to-door and curb-to-curb transportation, accommodating older adults with service animals.
