Provides rides for any purpose, as long as you meet one of the following criteria: you have a disability.

The In-Home Care program offers transportation services for older adults through car rides. These services can be specifically for transportation needs or as part of an in-home care package. If an older adult requires in-home care, transportation services can be availed for a minimum of two hours at a starting rate of $16.95 per hour. For those exclusively needing transportation, individual trips have a starting rate of $35.00, inclusive of pick-up and return. Payment for these services is accepted through insurance coverage or credit card transactions. To utilize this program, older adults are required to schedule their rides a few days in advance. The transportation provided by the In-Home Care program ensures a door-to-door or curb-to-curb service, prioritizing the convenience and comfort of the older adults during their journey.
