The Fixed Route Public Transportation program is a public transit service designed to provide convenient and affordable transportation options for individuals aged 13 and above, as well as children between the ages of 6-12. Participants can enjoy one-way trips starting at $1.75 per person, with discounted rates available for seniors, Medicare recipients, and disabled individuals starting at $0.85. Children 5 and under can ride for free, making it a family-friendly transportation solution. This program offers the convenience of accepting various payment methods, including cash and check, along with the option for pre-payment to streamline the boarding process. Riders can expect shared rides along fixed routes, ensuring efficient and reliable transportation services. The program operates on a fixed schedule, providing curb-to-curb transportation for seamless travel experiences. Additionally, service animals are welcome aboard, allowing participants to travel with their furry companions.
