The program provides wheelchair transportation with a pickup fee ranging from $35.00 to $40.00, in addition to a charge of $3.00 per mile. Payment for these services can be made through insurance, check, credit card, or cash, offering accessibility and flexibility for riders. Transportation is provided via specially equipped vans to ensure the comfort and safety of older adult passengers. To benefit from this program, riders are advised to schedule their transportation needs at least one week in advance, allowing for proper arrangements to be made.
