The In-Home Care program offers convenient transportation options for older adults in need of non-emergency medical transportation. This program provides transportation services through taxis, public transit, or private cars for a flat fee. Riders can schedule rides in advance, ranging from a few days to a week, to ensure timely pick-ups. In addition to hourly rates starting at $17.00 with a 4-hour minimum, this program accepts various forms of payment including insurance, vouchers, donations, and Medicaid. One of the program's key features is its paratransit service, catering to individuals with mobility challenges by offering door-to-door or curb-to-curb transportation. Riders can opt for on-demand scheduling, shared rides, and have the flexibility to run errands or attend appointments with a waiting driver. Service animals are also welcome on board. This program aims to provide safe, reliable, and inclusive transportation solutions for older adults to maintain their independence and access essential services in the community.

Service available to Deer Park, La Porte, Shorecares, Seabrook, Nassau Bay, Clear Lake, Kemah, San Leon, Webster, Friendswood, League City, Dickinson, Santa Fe, La Marque, Hitchcock, Texas City, Bayou Vista, and Galveston. Surrounding areas may be accommodated as well.
