The In-Home Care program offers convenient transportation services for older adults who may need assistance getting to appointments, running errands, or attending social engagements. With a focus on providing safe and reliable transportation, this program utilizes car services to ensure that older adults can travel comfortably to their desired destinations. Payment for transportation services is flexible, with insurance being accepted as a form of payment. The pricing details for transportation services through this program include a starting rate of $15.75 per hour with a minimum of four hours for each ride. For rides lasting less than four hours, the rate starts at $19.00 per hour. Riders are required to schedule their transportation needs in advance, with a recommendation to plan at least a few days ahead. To accommodate various preferences, this program also accepts credit card payments for added convenience. When older adults are looking to schedule transportation through the In-Home Care program, they are encouraged to utilize the Rides In Advance service to ensure timely and efficient travel arrangements.
