Riders can schedule their transportation with at least one day's notice and have the option to pay using insurance, vouchers, coupons, donations, or Medicaid payments. The program also offers various payment methods such as check, credit card, pre-payment, or cash. With a pricing structure starting at $2.25 for pick up plus $1.80 per mile, the program may also offer city flat rates for affordability and convenience. This paratransit service allows older adults to travel with ease, providing door-to-door or curb-to-curb transportation. Riders have the option to schedule rides in advance, including on-demand trips, and can benefit from a driver who can wait for them during appointments or errands. Additionally, the program welcomes service animals to accompany riders, ensuring a comfortable and accommodating travel experience for older adults.
