Provides rides for any purpose, to all people, and no membership is required.
The Demand Response Service is a convenient public transit program designed to provide transportation options for older adults in the community. Through this program, riders can schedule their rides ahead of time, allowing for a more personalized and reliable service. The program offers various pricing options based on the distance of the trip, with fares ranging from $1 for an Inner City Loop, $2 for an Inner County Loop, to $5 for a County to County trip.
To utilize the Demand Response Service, older adults are encouraged to plan their transportation needs in advance by booking their rides at least one day prior to the intended travel date. This advanced scheduling helps ensure that riders can access the transportation they require in a timely manner, increasing the overall accessibility and efficiency of the program. Whether traveling within the city limits or between different counties, the Demand Response Service strives to meet the unique transportation needs of older adults, providing a safe and affordable way to get around.
