Membership fees may be required, but there are also options for free or subsidized services for Medicaid recipients. This paratransit program aims to assist older adults with mobility challenges by providing door-to-door or curb-to-curb transportation services. Additionally, the program offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing for on-demand rides and providing shared transportation options. Riders can expect friendly and accommodating service, with the option for drivers to wait while passengers run errands or attend appointments.
