Handitran is a non-emergency medical transportation program that offers older adults access to transportation services via taxi. The program offers various pricing options, with each one-way trip costing $2.00 and a monthly pass available for frequent riders at $55.00. Handitran also provides paratransit services, ensuring that older adults with mobility challenges are able to access transportation that meets their needs, including assistance with packages, door-to-door transportation, and service animal accommodations.
