Senior/Disabled Pass Program (No Fare Program)

This program is for a special reduced fare bus pass and is offered by Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (also called RIPTA). To qualify, you must be 65 years of age or older or have a disability. You may qualify for 1 of 2 types of passes: All Day or Limited Day. Both types offer discounted fares, as set by the program, and currently allow you to ride for free. The pass is in the form of a photo identification card.
