You can register a passenger vehicle or light truck (9,000 pounds or less) for a $10 annual processing fee instead of paying the registration fee. The discount does not apply to other fees, such as transfer fees or title fees. Unless you have a disability that makes you unable to drive, you must be the main driver of the vehicle.
