If you are a senior or a person with a disability, you can purchase tickets for Carson City’s public transportation system, Jump Around Carson (JAC) at a reduced rate. If you cannot use the regular bus service, JAC also offers ADA complementary paratransit service. This service is door to door and must be arranged in advance. Additionally, seniors can register for a Senior Bus Pass and can get unlimited free rides on the regular, fixed-route bus system
How do I apply?
To get the free senior bus pass or get rides from the paratransit service you can fill out a registration form on the website. You can use your Medicare card to get reduced fare.
