Indianapolis Public Transportation (IndyGo) Discounted Fares and Paratransit Program

Learn More About This Program

Older adults and people who have disabilities can get reduced fares on the IndyGo public transportation system. The reduced fares are typically about half of the standard fare.

If you cannot use the fixed-route buses because of a disability, you can use IndyGo Access, the paratransit service. IndyGo Access provides reservation-based, shared-ride service for people who have disabilities.

How do I apply?

To apply for a Half Fare ID Card, fill out the application and mail it in according to the directions on the form. If you are requesting the Half Fare ID Card because you have a disability, you will also need to submit the Half Fare Supplemental Application Form.
