ADA Paratransit Service Program (TOPS!)

This program provides you with transportation services if you cannot use the normal fixed-route bus system in Broward County. You can use this service to go to appointments with your health care provider, to the grocery store, to senior centers, and to other places.

You will need to pay each time you use the paratransit service. The fee is $3.50 each way, and you must pay the driver with the exact amount since the driver will not have change for you.

How do I apply?

To find out how you can get this paratransit service, please contact the program. Generally, to be able to use the service, you and your health care provider will need to complete an application. Then an assessment will be made to see what your disability is and why you are not able to use the normal fixed-route public transportation.
