Riders are required to schedule their trips at least a day in advance to ensure proper arrangements. Participants can benefit from various payment options, including insurance coverage, vouchers, donations, and Medicaid payments. The program features a membership fee structure, with an annual fee of $25.00 and a $6.00 charge for each round trip. Additionally, new members are required to pay an initial $49.00 fee, covering the annual membership fee along with four rides. Financial assistance is available for applicants facing difficulties with payment. Moreover, the program offers paratransit services, assisting riders with packages and bags, and ensuring a comfortable journey from door-to-door or curb-to-curb.
