The program accepts various payment options, including insurance, vouchers, donations, and Medicaid payments, to ensure affordability and accessibility for its members. To participate in the SMiles program, individuals are required to become members by paying a yearly fee of $25. Additionally, they must pre-purchase a set of four round-trip rides at $6.00 each, totaling $49.00 for the initial membership and rides. After this initial payment, members can purchase additional rides in advance with a minimum of four rides at $6.00 per trip. The program also offers door-to-door transportation, assistance with packages, and allows service animals on board, ensuring a comfortable and inclusive experience for all riders.
