The program also offers private rides in cars and vans, as well as transportation services via bus or train on fixed routes. Pricing details indicate that the program is free of charge for eligible riders, with options for pre-payment, credit card payments, or payment in cash. Additionally, the program provides paratransit services and assists riders with packages or bags, offering door-to-door, curb-to-curb transportation. Riders can schedule rides on demand or on a fixed schedule, with the option to have a driver wait for them during errands or appointments. Service animals are permitted onboard, and riders have the flexibility to choose between shared rides or private transportation.
