To utilize this program, a minimum of 3 hours of service is required per ride, ensuring that older adults can efficiently plan and schedule their transportation needs. It's recommended to book rides in advance, typically a few days beforehand, to secure availability and accommodate any specific requirements. Payment for the services can be made through various methods, including checks, credit cards, or cash, offering convenience and flexibility to older adults depending on their preferences.
