Riders can schedule rides in advance, with options for same-day or on-demand scheduling to cater to various needs. The program accommodates individuals with disabilities, offering paratransit services and allowing service animals on board.
Participants in the Public Transit program have a choice of payment methods, including insurance, vouchers, donations, credit cards, checks, and cash. Pricing is affordable, with a flat fee structure of $1.50 for one-way trips and discounted rates of $0.75 for seniors and individuals with disabilities. The program's flexibility extends to providing door-to-door and curb-to-curb transportation, as well as assisting riders with packages or bags. Additionally, riders can opt for shared rides or private transportation based on their preferences.
