Riders are required to schedule their rides a few days in advance to ensure availability. The program offers shared rides, allowing multiple individuals to travel together. Additionally, the service provides curb-to-curb transportation, ensuring that older adults are assisted from their homes to their desired destinations. When utilizing the Veterans Transportation Service, older adults can rely on a convenient and cost-free way to get around and stay connected to their community.
