Create AccountIf you have Medicare and you also receive MO HealthNet benefits (Missouri’s Medicaid programs, including Spend Down and Medicare Savings Programs: QMB, SLMB, and QI-1), Missouri Rx will help you pay for your Medicare Prescription Drug plan’s deductible and copays (also known as “wraparound” coverage). The program will help you pay a percentage of your out-of-pocket drug costs (approximately 50%) after using your Medicare Prescription Drug Plan. There is no cost to enroll in Missouri Rx. You can use Missouri Rx with any Medicare Prescription Drug Plan offered in the state.
How do I apply?
To apply for the program, print and fill out an application and send it to Missouri Rx Plan. Missouri Rx Plan requires that you mail your completed paper application to the program.
