The Low Cost Drugs for the Elderly or Disabled Program (DEL) lowers the cost of certain prescribed medications. Once you enroll, you will get the benefit of purchasing prescription brand name and generic drugs at a discount. The program will send you a card that you can present at the pharmacy when making your purchase. By enrolling in DEL, you will pay a co-payment of 20% of the total cost of the drug, plus $2.00 for each prescription.
