Provides rides for only the following purposes: necessary errands, medical appointments, or grocery shopping. Also, you must meet at least one of these criteria: you are 60+ years old. No membership is required.

The Staying Connected program offers a convenient and reliable non-emergency medical transportation service for older adults. This program provides transportation through taxi services and public transit, including bus or train options, ensuring older adults can reach their medical appointments, run errands, or attend social engagements with ease. Riders have the flexibility to schedule their rides in advance, ranging from at least one day to a week, depending on their needs. Payment options include insurance, vouchers, donations, or membership fees, with some services available free of charge. The program also accepts Medicaid payments, checks, credit cards, and cash, making it accessible to a wide range of individuals. Additionally, the Staying Connected program offers door-to-door transportation, assistance with packages, and allows service animals onboard. With options for private or shared rides, this program caters to the diverse needs of older adults, ensuring they stay connected to vital services and remain active in their communities.
