CATARIDE is a public transit program that offers shared van transportation for older adults aged 65 and over as well as individuals with disabilities. The program allows for convenient curb-to-curb transportation, meaning riders are picked up and dropped off directly at their destinations. Riders can pay for their trips in cash and are charged $4.25 per one-way trip if eligible, while the general public pays $28.35 per trip. To ensure availability, it is advised to schedule rides with CATARIDE at least one week in advance. This allows for efficient planning and coordination of transportation services.
