Riders can pay for the service using insurance, vouchers, coupons, donations, Medicaid, pre-payment, credit card, check, or cash, with pricing details varying based on the services required. There is also a membership fee or flat fee structure in place for accessing the transportation services.
Additionally, the program offers paratransit services, with assistance available for carrying packages or bags. Riders have the flexibility to schedule rides a few days to a week in advance, depending on their needs. The transportation provided can be private or shared, with options such as door-to-door or curb-to-curb service. Service animals are permitted to accompany riders, and drivers can wait for passengers during appointments or errands.
