Provides rides for only the following purposes: necessary errands, medical appointments, or grocery shopping. Also, you must meet at least one of these criteria: you are 60+ years old, or you have a disability. No membership is required.

The In Home Services program offers non-emergency medical transportation to older adults through taxi services and public transit options. Riders can schedule rides in advance, and the program accepts various forms of payment including insurance, vouchers, donations, and Medicaid. There are different payment structures such as hourly rates, flat fees, and membership fees. This program provides private transportation via car, van, bus, or train, with the option for shared rides. Additionally, it is a paratransit service that accommodates riders with packages or bags and allows for service animals. With on-demand scheduling available, the program ensures convenient and flexible transportation for older adults to attend appointments, run errands, or access essential services.
