Provides rides for only the following purposes: necessary errands, medical appointments, grocery shopping, or social or recreational purposes. Also, you must meet at least one of these criteria: you have a disability. No membership is required.

The Transportation Programming is a convenient service designed for older adults to access transportation via car. By paying an affordable annual fee of $25.00 for individuals or $40.00 for couples at The Neighborhood House Senior Center, older adults gain access to all transportation services provided by the program. Donations are also welcome to support this initiative. To utilize this program, older adults simply need to schedule their rides in advance, ensuring a few days' notice to arrange their transportation. Shared rides are arranged through the program, promoting a sense of community and companionship during travels. For added convenience, pre-payment options are available for riders, streamlining the process and making it easier to access transportation when needed. Remember to consider using the Rides In Advance feature when booking your rides through this program, ensuring a seamless and efficient transportation experience for older adults.
