Riders have the flexibility to schedule their rides in advance, with options for on-demand scheduling as well.
One of the unique features of this program is its inclusive payment options, such as insurance, Medicaid, vouchers, donations, and various forms of payment including cash, check, credit card, and pre-payment. Additionally, the program offers a membership option and charges a flat fee or by the mile for services provided. Veterans Transportation Services ensures the comfort and convenience of older adults by offering door-to-door and curb-to-curb transportation, allowing service animals on board, and providing assistance with packages or bags. With a focus on accessibility and reliability, this program aims to support older adults in maintaining their independence and meeting their transportation needs effectively.
