Additional services include assistance with packages, on-demand scheduling, shared rides, and the option for a driver to wait while the passenger completes errands. Door-to-door and curb-to-curb transportation services are available, ensuring a comfortable and convenient experience for older adults using the program. Service animals are also permitted to accompany riders, adding to the accessibility of the service.
