Please make sure to contact Clinton County Community Action Program Inc.: Senior Transportation to confirm details of their transportation services.

Provides rides for only the following purposes: necessary errands, medical appointments, or grocery shopping. Also, you must meet at least one of these criteria: you are 60+ years old. No membership is required.

The Transportation Assistance program offers a valuable service to older adults in the community. This program provides no-cost transportation services for older adults who may have difficulty accessing other forms of transportation. The program utilizes vans to ensure comfortable and convenient transportation for older adults to reach their destinations. To utilize this program, older adults are encouraged to schedule their rides a few days in advance. This advance scheduling allows the program coordinators to arrange transportation efficiently and accommodate as many older adults as possible. It's important to note that while the program is free of charge, donations are gratefully accepted to support its continuation and enhance the services provided. Through the Transportation Assistance program, older adults can enjoy curb-to-curb transportation, ensuring that they are safely taken from their pickup location to their destination. Whether it's a medical appointment, grocery shopping, or social outings, this program helps older adults maintain their independence and stay connected to their community.
