Provides rides for only the following purposes: medical appointments. Also, you must meet at least one of these criteria: you are 60+ years old, or you have a disability. No membership is required.

The Senior Medical Transportation program provides non-emergency medical transportation for older adults, offering transportation via taxi service and public transit. Riders are required to schedule their rides in advance, with various payment options available, including insurance, vouchers, donations, membership fees, and flat fees. The program welcomes Medicaid payments and offers pricing details of $2 for one-way trips within Union County and $20 for round trips outside of the county. Additionally, the program is a paratransit service that assists riders with packages or bags, and transportation options include private rides, car service, bus, train, and van transportation. Riders can schedule on-demand rides with shared options, and the program offers features such as waiting for passengers during errands or appointments. Door-to-door, curb-to-curb transportation services are provided, accommodating service animals for riders.
