Transportation Services is a community program that offers convenient transportation options for older adults. Riders have the opportunity to donate $3.00 - $6.00 per one-way trip, although the service is free of charge. To ensure a seamless experience, riders are asked to schedule their rides a few days in advance. Payment can be made by check or cash, providing flexibility for riders.
One of the key features of Transportation Services is the shared van rides, allowing older adults to socialize with others in their community while traveling to their destinations. The program offers curb-to-curb transportation to assist older adults from their doorstep to their destination. This service aims to provide older adults with a reliable and safe mode of transportation to help them maintain their independence and stay connected within the community.
