Provides rides for only the following purposes: medical appointments, grocery shopping, or social or recreational purposes. Also, you must meet at least one of these criteria: you are 60+ years old. No membership is required.

The Transportation Services program offers a variety of flexible and convenient options for older adults who require transportation assistance. This program focuses on non-emergency medical transportation through services provided by taxis, buses, vans, and trains. Riders can book their trips in advance, with options for on-demand scheduling available as well. The program features affordable pricing based on different trip types, such as transportation to and from a center, shopping outings, medical appointments within or outside a specific area, as well as emergency appointments. In addition to accepting insurance and Medicaid payments, this program also allows for payments through vouchers, coupons, checks, credit cards, and cash. Riders can also benefit from additional services like assistance with packages or bags, shared rides to reduce costs, and the option for a driver to wait during errands or appointments. Whether it's door-to-door, curb-to-curb, or following fixed routes, Transportation Services ensure that older adults have access to safe and reliable transportation options tailored to their specific needs and preferences.
