The Demand-Response program offers a convenient transportation option for older adults who may need assistance getting around town. This public transit program utilizes vans to provide shared rides, which helps keep costs affordable for riders. Pricing is based on distance traveled, with rates set at $8.00 for 0 to 10 miles, $17.00 for 10 to 20 miles, and $29.00 for distances exceeding 20 miles. To use this program, older adults simply need to schedule their rides a few days in advance and have the option to pay either by cash or check. The Demand-Response program offers curb-to-curb transportation, ensuring that riders are safely transported from their pick-up location to their desired drop-off point. Overall, this program is a reliable and cost-effective way for older adults to access transportation services within their community.

Delaware County. In addition to this, we also provide transportation service to medical facilities in Franklin and other adjacent counties at an additional charge. One trip end must be in Delaware County.
