Provides rides for only the following purposes: necessary errands, medical appointments, grocery shopping, or social or recreational purposes. Also, you must meet at least one of these criteria: you are 60+ years old. No membership is required.

The Transportation Service program is designed to assist older adults with their transportation needs. To utilize the service, riders are required to schedule their rides at least one day in advance, providing convenience and dependability. The program offers affordable pricing options based on the destination, such as $2.00 for a round trip within Clermont County and $4.00 for a round trip within Hamilton County. Riders are encouraged to make their reservations a few days in advance to secure their spot, as the demand for transportation can be high. Customers have the option to make donations or pay for their rides using either cash or check, offering flexibility for payment methods. The program provides shared van rides, promoting a sense of community among riders. Furthermore, the service ensures that older adults experience a safe and convenient journey by offering curb-to-curb transportation. It is recommended that older adults request transportation as early as possible due to the popularity of the program and limited availability of reservations.
