In terms of payment, the program accepts a variety of methods, including insurance, vouchers, donations, and Medicaid payments. Riders can also choose to pay with cash, check, credit card, or pre-payment. Pricing details include flat fees for different services, such as $40 for a one-way trip within the city and $43 for trips outside the city. Medical taxis are also available for ambulatory passengers at a reduced rate. Additionally, wheelchair-accessible transportation is offered at a set round-trip cost. One of the standout features of this program is its commitment to providing a high level of service to older adults. Riders can expect assistance with packages or bags, and the program allows service animals to accompany passengers. Door-to-door transportation is provided, with options for curb-to-curb service as well. For added convenience, the program offers wait times for passengers who need to run errands or attend appointments during their journey.
