Provides rides for only the following purposes: necessary errands, medical appointments, grocery shopping, or social or recreational purposes. Also, you must meet at least one of these criteria: you are 60+ years old. No membership is required.

Homebound Services is a community program that offers transportation services for older adults who are unable to drive themselves. Through this program, older adults can schedule roundtrip rides for medical appointments or grocery shopping at least a few days in advance. The program utilizes vans to provide shared rides, ensuring that passengers can travel safely and comfortably. One of the key features of Homebound Services is its affordability. While there are suggested contributions of $10 for medical appointments and $6 for grocery shopping, no one is refused services due to an inability to pay. The program operates on a donation basis, allowing individuals to give back if they are able to. When utilizing Homebound Services, older adults can expect curb-to-curb transportation, meaning they will be picked up and dropped off directly at their locations. This convenient service aims to help older adults maintain their independence and access the essential services they need to thrive in their community.
