This paratransit program allows older adults to schedule rides in advance, with the flexibility to request deviation in service or access rural routes. Riders under 60 years old can enjoy affordable rates for city, rural, and rural zone routes, while individuals aged 60 and above receive even lower fares and free transportation on rural zone routes. This program provides shared rides via bus or train, following fixed routes to ensure efficient and reliable transportation services. Payment can be made using cash or check, making it easy for older adults to access the transportation they need. By scheduling rides at least a day in advance, riders can plan their trips accordingly and experience a smooth and hassle-free journey with the Rural Zone and City Service program.
