The Nutrition Site Transportation program offers older adults free transportation services to and from the nutrition site. This program allows older adults to schedule their rides in advance for convenience, ensuring they can easily attend and benefit from the services offered at the nutrition site. The transportation is provided through a van, offering older adults a comfortable and convenient mode of travel. Participants in the program can enjoy curb-to-curb transportation, meaning they will be picked up and dropped off right at their location, making the journey smoother and more accessible.
